Queries will only be dealt with on the weekend of the rally where reseeding requests will be available. Competitors are requested not to contact any club official regarding seeding until Saturday 4^th June.

RECEE SIGN ON & DOCUMENTATION SCRUTINY : 8.30AM - 12noon SATURDAY 4^th June . Rally office will be closed between 12 and 2.30pm.

Bring all your documentation to recee sign-on as we will get through some of the paper work then.

Only standard cars allowed for recee. No commercial vehicles eg vans, jeeps, etc.

You must attend Documentation scrutiny BEFORE mechanical.

Mechanical Scrutiny will be held at the NCT in Ballysimon road Limerick between the hours of 2.30pm and 6pm on Saturday.

Competitors shall at all times follow the Official Route, except that having left it involuntarily, must regain it as soon as possible. It would be appreciated if all efforts could be made to attend mechanical scrutiny on Saturday, as it will help us the organisers to provide you with start lists. Door panels will be supplied at mechanical scrutiny, when passed.

ON EXITING THE WOODLANDS HOTEL ON SATURDAY, TURNING RIGHT IS OUT OF BOUNDS TO RALLY CARS, ANY CAR FOUND ON THIS ROAD WILL RECEIVE A 5MIN PENALTY.

Drivers briefing will be held at 8am at the Woodlands Hotel.

Post Parc Ferme is at the Woodlands Hotel. All cars must be parked there within 15 mins of completing mechanical scrutiny and left there until due out time on Sunday Morning. Security will be provided.

No eligibility protest will be accepted unless made in writing and accompanied by the appropriate fee within 30 minutes of the last competitor due time at final control.

Due time for the first competing car is 8.30am from start control at the HQ, and at 30 second intervals thereafter.

Start times will be posted on the official notice board.

PENALTIES for breach of regulations during pace note making will be applied as per motorsport Ireland guidlines

Please note that every effort will be made to enforce these penalties should the need arise.

REMEMBER: THESE ROADS ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.......TREAT THEM AS SUCH

SERVICE: The GVM Mart Abbeyfeale is the Service area. ONLY ONE SERVICE BARGE PER CAR.

This will be open on Sunday morning from 8am.

CHASE CARS ARE BANNED AS PER MI guidlines

COMPETITORS ARE LIABABLE FOR DAMAGE CAUSED TO PROPERTY DURING THE EVENT, AND THE CLUB MAY LOOK FOR THE COST OF REPAIRS.

SERVICE VEHICLES AND TRAILERS ARE BANNED FROM THE CAR PARKS AND APPROACH ROADS TO THE HOTEL. THERE WILL BE A DESIGNATED TRAILER PARK.

ALL COMPETITION CARS MUST CARRY A WARNING TRIANGLE AND A PROPER OK/SOS BOARD. SCRUTINEERS WILL BE CHECKING FOR THEM.

Because of the large number of crews on reserve please contact us immediately if you are not starting the event.
